Le principe de l\u2019\u00e9pargne salariale et des primes bas\u00e9es sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices des entreprises est de rapprocher le capital et le travail, d\u2019aligner les \u00e9quipes vers des objectifs communs et rewarder la performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sujet d\u2019ailleurs est plus large que la question du pilotage de la politique d\u2019\u00e9pargne salariale de l\u2019entreprise. Cela touche tout le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de l\u2019organisation et l\u2019int\u00e9gration du management de la performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atteindre les cibles fix\u00e9es n&rsquo;est pas possible chaque ann\u00e9e. C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la transparence et la confiance r\u00e9ciproque que l\u2019on gagne la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 et l\u2019engagement des collaborateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On le sent bien, il ne s\u2019agit donc pas d\u2019ajuster les crit\u00e8res au gr\u00e9 des embruns mais bien de d\u00e9finir un cap et de le garder.
