On trouve comme arguments par exemple\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Renforcer le sentiment d\u2019appartenance des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 leur entreprises,<\/li><li>Cr\u00e9er un socle d\u2019actionnaires stables,<\/li><li>Profiter de cette opportunit\u00e9 pour reconstituer ses fonds propres.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9seau Croissance Plus a publi\u00e9 un document rassemblant ses propositions visant \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0<em>massifier l\u2019actionnariat salari\u00e9<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n\u2019emp\u00eache, nous \u00e9tions en droit de nous demander comment allait se passer la rentr\u00e9e dans ce domaine. La volatilit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e8re beaucoup d&rsquo;incertitude et incite \u00e0 la prudence. Le raisonnement financier reste bien s\u00fbr valide&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mieux vaut acheter lorsque les prix sont bas,<\/li><li>Investir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour lisser son risque,<\/li><li>Sur le long terme la bourse est un excellent placement. Ceci est d\u2019autant plus vrai que ces op\u00e9rations d&rsquo;actionnariat salari\u00e9 proposent des prix d\u2019achat b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019une d\u00e9cote, voir d\u2019un abondement rendant ainsi le cours encore plus attractif.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, toute personne ayant eu \u00e0 faire la promotion de telles campagnes, qui plus est \u00e0 l\u2019international, le sait bien ; le discours est loin d\u2019\u00eatre purement financier. Il n\u2019est pas question dans les r\u00e9unions de pr\u00e9sentation aux salari\u00e9s d\u2019entrer dans des discussions d\u2019\u00e9volution d\u2019indicateurs macro-\u00e9conomiques ou d\u2019analyse graphique. La majorit\u00e9 des collaborateurs connaissent mal ce sujet de la bourse. Les entreprises d\u00e9crivent dans les supports de communication les m\u00e9canismes des op\u00e9rations de mani\u00e8re aussi simplifi\u00e9e que possible. Le sujet financier est le plus souvent abord\u00e9 par le collaborateur de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s simple et pertinente finalement. Quel \u00e9tait le prix de pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente op\u00e9ration&nbsp;et quel est le prix que l\u2019on me propose aujourd\u2019hui&nbsp;? Pourquoi y-a-t-il autant de variations sur le prix ce qui ne refl\u00e8te pas du tout notre travail au quotidien&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un environnement aussi mouvant et incertain, le succ\u00e8s d\u2019une op\u00e9ration repose donc essentiellement sur le message manag\u00e9rial. Les th\u00e8mes rel\u00e8vent du projet d\u2019entreprise, de la vision du futur, des valeurs, du vivre ensemble. Et c\u2019est tant mieux ! Mais le management peut aussi voir une telle aventure comme risqu\u00e9e&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui effectivement, il ne faut pas voir les taux de souscription comme des \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9f\u00e9rendums \u00e0 la De Gaulle\u00a0\u00bb. Tout d\u2019abord parce que l\u2019exercice de communication relatif \u00e0 l\u2019op\u00e9ration n\u2019est pas un exercice commercial. C\u2019est un moment d\u2019explication, d\u2019\u00e9change, voire de communication manag\u00e9riale. Ensuite, parce que la p\u00e9riode que nous vivons a engendr\u00e9 des inqui\u00e9tudes fortes en mati\u00e8re de pouvoir d\u2019achat&#8230; Alors investir dans un produit \u00ab\u00a0<em>opaque<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, risqu\u00e9, \u2026 et bloqu\u00e9 5 ans\u00a0! Ce n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s tendance en ce moment\u00a0! Cependant, malgr\u00e9 tous ces caveat, nous pouvons raisonnablement penser que le taux de souscription refl\u00e8te quelque peu l\u2019adh\u00e9sion des collaborateurs dans le projet d\u2019entreprise et leur confiance dans la capacit\u00e9 du management \u00e0 le r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est que cette rentr\u00e9e est anim\u00e9e. Les annonces d\u2019op\u00e9rations lanc\u00e9es ou devant s\u2019ouvrir dans les semaines \u00e0 venir s\u2019enchainent.&nbsp;Des entreprises comme L\u2019Or\u00e9al, Michelin, Nexans, Ubisoft, Veolia ou Vinci ont annonc\u00e9 leur plan. Le message est fort et tr\u00e8s encourageant aussi bien sur le plan de la conviction du management des bienfaits de ce dispositif que de la confiance des entreprises dans leur capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9livrer leurs promesses dans le futur et donc de sortir de cette morosit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*<em><a
